The daughter-in-law of Makati Mayor Jejomar Binay passed away on Tuesday due to a difficult pregnancy.
Kennely Ann Lacia-Binay, 29, died at 12:06 p.m. at the Makati Medical Center where she had been confined for more than a month.
Mrs. Binay, or Ken-Ken as she was fondly called by family and friends, was survived by her husband, City Councilor Jejomar Erwin S. Binay Jr.; and children Jejomarie Alexi, 6; Maria Isabel, 3; and Jejomar III.
A statement from the office of Mayor Binay said the wake would be held Tuesday evening at 8776 Banuyo cor. Santol St., San Antonio Village in Makati City.
